Eye Health Insights, a new education series designed to deliver the latest nutrition science and news to eye health professionals, has been launched by Morristown, NJ-based OmniActive Health Technologies and its Lutein For Every Age campaign, in collaboration with Jeffrey Anshel, OD, FAAO and president of the Ocular Nutrition Society (ONS).
 
Eye Health Insights will provide health care professionals timely, relevant information on eye health and nutrition through a variety of multimedia vehicles. The first installment was released April 29 and explored carotenoids and the role they play in eye health and disease, in addition to how the dietary supplement and food industries are developing creative ways to incorporate more of these vital nutrients into the diet.
